This policy explains what information iTERA Group collects through iteragroup.net and how it's used.

- Contact form submissions: when you submit our contact form, we store your name, email address, optional company name, and message in our database, and send a copy to our team via email.
- Notify-me signups:if you sign up to be notified about iTERA Solutions or iTERA Training, we store your email address and which product you're interested in.
- Basic analytics: we use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate site usage. This does not identify you individually and does not use tracking cookies.
- Abuse prevention: we store a one-way cryptographic hash of the IP address associated with form submissions, solely to detect and prevent spam or abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not use tracking cookies or cross-site advertising identifiers.
- We do not require an account or login to use this site.
Third parties we use to operate this site
- Resend (email delivery) processes the content of contact form submissions in order to deliver them to our team, and to send notify-me confirmations.
- Our hosting/database provider stores the data described above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you by emailing us at the address on our Contact page.

We'll update the "Last updated" date above if this policy changes materially.
